Announcement of the second Board resolution of the second session

On July 23, 2000, the first session of the 12th Board of Directors was held in the large conference room of the company。Director due11 people, including 9 directors, all supervisors and senior executives attended the meeting. The meeting procedures are in accordance with the Company Law of the People's Republic of China and the Articles of Association of the Company.。After careful discussion by the directors present, the following resolutions are reached:

1. Consider and adopt the text and summary of the 2000 interim report;

2. Consider and adopt the 2000 interim financial report。

The company achieved net profit during the reporting period12，056，789.$77, after the withdrawal of 10% of the statutory provident fund and 5% of the statutory community Chest, plus the undistributed profit of 29,575,088 at the beginning of the year.15元，  Profit available for distribution to shareholders 39,699,667.02元。The Board of Directors decided not to make any distribution at this time, nor to convert the accumulation fund into additional capital。
